Pack a lunch worth looking forward to! Inspired by all the son of the Brooklyn Deli-owner’s favorites. In this class, Rebecca will guide you in preparing a classic pots de creme and then move on to chocolate chip cookies. While they chill and/or bake, Michael will demonstrate just how a Brooklyn Boy makes those fabulous Heroes. The following class, “Italian Bread for Brooklyn Heros”, will teach you how to make the bread that will be used in this class.
