Travel to Portugal as we recreate the famous Almond Tart inspired by Lisbon's historic Ritz Hotel. Students will prepare a buttery crust, rich almond filling, and beautifully caramelized topping while learning the techniques that make this elegant European dessert unforgettable. We'll also explore the history behind one of Portugal's most celebrated pastries.
