Students will prepare dough from scratch, learn proper fermentation and shaping, and bake beautiful loaves perfect for hearty deli sandwiches. We'll also discuss freezing, slicing, and storage so you can enjoy fresh bread throughout the week.

Location: Hazella Bake Shop
Cost: $75.00 ($25.00 deposit and $50 at the door)
*Classes with fewer than four students will be canceled and deposit refunded
