While on a family visit to Eagle, ID, Michael and I stopped at a wonderful Italian bakery (Bella Biscotteria) and I tasted my new favorite pastry--the buttery, lemon cream filled Sicilian Genovesi. I almost cried when its cornucopia of flavors hit my tongue. And while we are exploring creamy lemon decadence, we may as well make my second favorite Italian dessert—lemon panna cotta. The panna cotta has the added benefit of being gluten free if you have loved ones who need a treat without the flour.
Date: October 22, 6:00-8:00
Location: Hazella Baking School at Margin Coffee, 878 S Main St, Lebanon
Cost: $75.00 ($25.00 deposit and $50 at the door)
*Classes with fewer than four students will be canceled and deposit refunded
