We’ll cover mixing, shaping, cutting, and baking, along with tips for working with cheese, herbs, and spring vegetables so you can confidently recreate these recipes at home. Perfect for brunch, lunch, or alongside soups and salads, these savory scones are a wonderful addition to any spring table. Students will enjoy tasting in class and take home recipes to bake again on their own.
