Hot Cross Buns
Fragrant, lightly spiced brioche buns stubbed with fruit and finished with the traditional cross.
We’ll cover mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking, along with tips for achieving that signature brioche texture and flavor. You’ll leave with fresh baked goods, recipes, and the confidence to make these Easter classics at home.
